Feeling okay with things not being done. This is the one I struggle with the most! At the end of the day, even after all the work done, I feel like I have not done enough because the to-do list never ends. So there is no way to relax or calm down because my brain is still on one. Accepting that the to-do list is never ever going to get done.
Saying no to things is definitely a big help, haha. Another classic suggestion is to try to pare more passive activities I enjoy with more active ones I don't. For example, every time I do a wash day, I always listen to podcasts as I detangle my hair afterwards. It's not the only time I listen to podcasts, but it's become a sort of treat to follow this ritual. (Granted, I've also been intentional about moving away from seeing wash day as a pain and drag and instead as me loving myself and my hair.)
