My kids’ therapist suggested making tiny jars on your desk and, each time you catch up with a friend, adding a bead to the jar. It’s a good reminder. For me it really helps with urgency hyperfixation in which I spend a lot of time with ONE friend for weeks and weeks and basically forget about the others.
