Thanks for this, Rach. It's very useful. Though I often end up thinking that there is no way to honestly make my job manageable. My social anxiety (which is more of an autism thing) means that though I love the work, the feeling of doing the work is just too stressful, longterm. But who knows exactly what the future holds... This is such a good post, thanks. I feel like, as always, context is key. I sort of prefer the made up word "Welcommodations". I made this up this morning, and I think it sort of sums up the dream. I was chatting to my Gluten Free friend this morning, and saying that me cooking curry rather than pie for a meal is the kind of 'accommodation' that's needed - rather than, say, making her something separate (and worse)
