Hi, Rachel! I'm just replying to say that I also feel overwhelmed when making New Year's resolutions. First, because it seems fake. I don't think a few parties are enough to change the mood from "totally overwhelmed" in December to "now I feel ready" in January. Second, because life doesn't care about our planning either. I believe that you need to be consistent with reality so as not to get frustrated.
That said, I loved the concept of the "would be nice list". I feel that with this approach I can look at my wishes with more affection and less pressure. Thanks for the tips, I love your newsletter.

Hi Larissa! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this! I agree that January doesn't automatically become an ‘on switch’ to be ready. I’m all for starting out with intentions but not holding yourself to them! So thanks for taking the time to translate this and write this comment i appreciate you
Hi Rach, I look forward to your ebook on procrastination! I like your no pressure and practical style for goal setting. I am 60 yrs old with ADHD recently diagnosed when my adult daughter was diagnosed. Now multiple family members getting diagnosed, or strongly suspected LOL. I have shared your YouTube videos with young adults in my family! But your understandings of ADHD are wonderful for any age! Thank you💚💙
