Been using the grow method and i must say its been a GAMECHANGER.
I need to apply it to some other personal goals of mine too!

I’ve heard of SMART Goals but not GROW. I’m going to try that.
Before in my life I had goals I needed to do archive each year. It never happen.
Now days I have goals as a guide i want to archive, but its not a must 😊
Less pressure for sure.
