I love these articles so much! I scheduled an appointment for an ADHD diagnosis this month, but it hasn’t been easy. Self-advocacy can be scary, but these tips help make it more approachable :)

I like it! But would you be willing to expand on how you went from being willing to self-advocate in personal situations to publishing a newsletter?

I feel like tons of folks have done this in the past with blogs etc. But I get imposter syndrome at the idea of having a "platform" NGL

I started my newsletter first and was anonymous on here and also Twitter for just over a year. That gave me the confidence to start talking to people in real life about ADHD. Community really validated my experience and gave me the courage to speak about my ADHD in person
