Hi, ADHDers!
I know, it’s been a while!
I’ve been adjusting to the unemployed life, including studying for some professional qualifications. As much as I’d love to have a much longer break, the tanking economy is telling me it’s time to get back into full-time employment asap.
But, I have some exciting news 🥁 🥁🥁I’ve started a YouTube channel!
You know the feeling where something feels wrong or odd but you can’t put your finger on it? This is how I felt years before I was diagnosed with ADHD.
Things kept slipping, friendships/relationships became difficult to maintain, ADHD Tax wrecked my finances, and the mental wall in my brain got the best of me.
It was pretty hard not feeling like a f*ck up at times.
Sound familiar?
My very first video on my ADHD diagnosis process, including what led me to think I could have ADHD is out now: YouTube
If you enjoy reading my newsletters, my YT videos will be quite similar! I’ll be doing activities, gaming, and learning a new hobby while talking about adulting with ADHD.
Relationships, friendships, money management, communication, rejection, addiction, exercise, mental health, motivation, ADHD traits, coping strategies, Q&A, I’ll be covering it all!
I’ve always set out to make information about ADHD more accessible, easy to understand with practical suggestions. I’ve done this alongside a full-time job and I’m amazed at how many people I’ve been able to help.
PLEASE like, comment & subscribe. It would really help, as I don’t paywall my content online or ask for subscriptions :) I appreciate you all
