Hey Friends!

How are you doing? These past few days for me have been pretty good. I’m learning to celebrate the small wins because they count. It’s easy for us to get bogged down by our small problems. So why not celebrate every small win?

I took a pretty scary jump, I started a discord channel for Neurodivergent working Professionals. Like many of you know, working 9-5 is tough. It’s also tough for those of us who have not disclosed our ADHD diagnosis - because we’re unable to receive ADHD-specific accommodations.

I created the discord channel because I haven’t disclosed my diagnosis to my employer and I’m keen to talk to like-minded individuals about it. Also, I feel like we need a space for Neurodivergent working professionals to share experiences, tips, and to be a sounding board for one another.

For a couple of weeks, the discord channel will be only open to Neurodivergent professionals in the UK. This is to ensure that people are able to engage without feeling overwhelmed. The channel will be open to other countries in due course - you will be the first to know!
