Hi Friends!

🚨 The ADHD traits flashcards I created are back in stock, THIS IS NOT A DRILL! 🚨

Fatigue has had me on the ropes! Well, it is kinda my fault for being anemic and not taking iron meds or supplements!

I will say that I am in good spirits after weeks of camping in my feelings. If you’re feeling crappy and you can’t put your finger on it, I’ve been there, it gets better. Please speak with someone if you can.

If you were expecting a deep dive into an ADHD-related topic, sorry, it’s coming! Just not in this edition.

My next newsletter will outline different ADHD comorbidities.

Okay so back to the flashcards!

When I started writing and tweeting about ADHD, I never imagined that my openness and vulnerability would help contribute to people getting their ADHD diagnosis and also managing their ADHD better.

I wanted to put all of this information in people’s hands so I created flashcards!

I’m so overwhelmed by the positive feedback I received so far. Here are some of my favs!

An email I received from a woman who said the ADHD flashcard, mainly the description card on RSD led to her 10 year old learning more about RSD on YouTube and she’s been managing her RSD better

There are 25 cards inside each deck.

Yes, you read it correctly, 25 ADHD-related cards!

If I haven’t turned you off by coming across as a cringey 90s car salesman, you can view more information about the cards and purchase them here:

I appreciate all of the support the community continues to show me and one another.

Have a great week!

Rach, with ADHD.
